Mobile photo booth attendants

We're looking for friendly, dependable people in the Capital Region who can cover Friday afternoons and evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

• Transport, set up, operate, and pack down our photo booth at weddings and events.

• Welcome guests, help with photos and prints, and keep the experience running smoothly.

• Use an SUV, van, or equivalent vehicle that safely fits the equipment. A valid driver's license is required for the mobile role.

• Keep our company-owned booth securely between assignments and take good care of it. You do not purchase the equipment.

• Follow setup instructions and handle basic troubleshooting, with clear communication when help is needed.

• Perform setup and breakdown duties, including moving equipment up to 50 lbs, with reasonable accommodation where needed.

Hiland Park relief attendants

We also need occasional help at our booth at Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury. You'll set up and operate the booth on site. No SUV or equipment storage is needed for these assignments; reliable transportation to the venue is required.

Pay and scheduling

Pay starts at $250 per event, with rates up to $350 based on relevant experience and responsibilities. This is per-event contract work. Hours include setup, operation, and breakdown; the schedule and rate are confirmed in advance. Assignments depend on bookings, so a set number of events or hours is not guaranteed.

Customer service, hospitality, or event experience is helpful. Photography experience is a plus, not a requirement. Reliability, a welcoming manner with guests, and responsible equipment care matter.
